Trouble signing in?
Your code is a word, a hyphen and four digits, like MAPLE-7284. Capitalization does not matter. Check for a mistyped character first: 0 and O are easy to confuse.
“That access code is not valid” means the code was not recognized. Ask your instructor to confirm it, or to reset it if it may have been shared.
“This enrollment is no longer active” or “This class is not currently active” means your instructor needs to reactivate you or the class. There is nothing you can fix from here.
After several failed attempts you are asked to wait a few minutes before trying again. That is a security measure, not a problem with your code.
